iMetWeb.Net Setup
Windows Me
1.) Click on "Start", go to "Settings", and click on "Control Panel"
2.) Double click on "Internet Options". Click on the "Connection" tab, then click on the "Setup" button.
3.) Select the 3rd choice, "I want to set up my Internet connection manually,…." , then click "Next".
4.) Make sure the dot is on "I connect through a phone line and a modem.", then click "Next".
5.) Uncheck the box, "Dial using the area code and country code.". Type in the phone number for your local dialing location.

6.) Type in your user name (username@imetweb.net) and password if you wish your password to be saved, so you don't have to enter it each time you want to connect to the Internet. If you would rather type in your password each time to get onto the Internet, then leave the password box blank. Then click "Next".
7.) Type in iMetWeb.Net in the box for Connection name, then click "Next"
8.) If you wish to set up email, make sure the dot is on "Yes", then click "Next".
9.) If this is not the first Mail account on this computer, select "Create a new Internet Mail account", and then click "Next". If it's the first account, you will not see this option, and you will be started on the next step.
10.) Enter your Display name. This is your proper name or family name that can have capital letters. Then click next.
11.) Type in your email address, which is your username@imetweb.net (all little letters), then click "Next".
12.) On the first box, it should show "POP3", and below, type in the longer box, pop.imetweb.net under Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box type in, smtp.safepages.com , then click "Next".
13.) Your username should appear in the Account name box, enter in your password if you want it to be saved. Do not check the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication(SPA), then click "Next"
14.) You may or may not want to connect at this time, check or uncheck the box to connect, and click "Finish"
