| To disable call waiting on Windows XP |
| 1. Click on "Start", then "Control Panel" |
| 2. If you see "Pick a Category", on the left choose "Switch to Classic View" |
| 3. Double-click on "Network Connections" |
| 4. Right-click on "iMetWeb.Net" and click on properties. |
| 5. Below the phone number, put in the box by "Use Dialing Rules" |
| 6. Click "Dialing Rules" below the white box click on the "Edit" button |
|
7. Put a check in the box by "To disable call waiting,dial" |
|
8. In the drop-down box, select "*70," |
|
9. Click "Apply" and "Ok" to close out of Edit Location |
|
10. Click "Ok" out of iMetWeb.Net properties |
