| To disable call waiting on Windows 98 |
| 1. Click on "Start", then go to "Settings", then click on "Control Panel" |
| 2. Double-click on the "Modems" icon. |
| 3. Click on the "Dialing Properties" button |
| 4. Put a check in the box by "To disable call waiting, dial," |
| 5. In the drop down box, click on the arrow and select "*70," |
| 6. Click "Apply" and then "Ok". Close Control Panel |
| 7. Double-click "My Computer" and then double-click "Dial-Up Networking" |
| 8. Right click on the "iMetWeb.Net" icon and click on properties. |
| 9. Put a check in "Use area code and Dialing Properties. |
| 10. Click "Ok" and close out of Dial-Up Networking |
